Year 3 went on a visit to the Sikh Temple as part of their RE topic. It linked in with the trip to Beverley Minster and over the next week the children will be finding similarities and differences between the two places of worship. It was a very interesting visit and the children learnt a lot about Sikhism and the way Sikhs worship.

As the children arrived they had to take their shoes off and cover their heads with a bandana to show respect.
The children really enjoyed seeing the temple and were very eager to ask their questions, they even enjoyed some biscuits and drinks within the temple's kitchen.
